PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a T-shaped
plan with an enclosed projecting front entry with a gable roof and concrete
steps. The single-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front
entrance flanked by new single-paned sidelights and fixed and 1/1 double-hung
windows with awnings. The frame construction is finished in drop siding with
corner boards and rests on a rubblestone foundation. The gable roof is
covered with brown asphalt shingles and has a central chimney, probably of
brick, covered with wood. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
Alterations include the new fixed and awnings on the windows. Outbuildings
include a detached garage to the rear.
