This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with an enclosed rear porch, a daylight basement, and a gable-roofed
enclosed front entry porch. The frame construction is finished in
asbestos shingles and features 1/1 double-hung windows and a bay window
on the north. The foundation is of concrete. The gable roof is covered
with red asphalt shingles and features exposed rafter ends and knee braces.
Outbuildings include a detached rear garage.
