The upper half-story consists of a hipped dormer with a pair of double hung one-over-one windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features front facing hipped dormer covered in square shingles. These are overhanging and rafters are exposed. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. An additionadesign feature is a square bay window on the south side which projects without resting on its own foundation.
