This detached one-story single-family residence has a concrete stoop with steps
leading sideways by a metal railing. The frame construction is finished in
metal siding and rests on a cinderblock-concrete foundation. The windows are fixed.
The gable roof is covered with light green painted asphalt shingles and features
a central brick chimney and two stovepipes. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street.
