PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached two-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with an overhanging second story which has four wood ball pendents. The three-
bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance
with 8-pane sidelights and 8/8 double-hung windows. The second story windows
have wood shutters. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable=roof is covered with wood shakes
and has a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the
street. Outbuildings include an attached garage.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Nationali-
zation Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
