Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with an attached garage. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 4-paned casement windows. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard and rests on a low concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with wood shakes and features boxed, overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
