Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story multi-family fraternity has an L-shaped plan with a recessed front entry and a log fence around the front. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in cedar siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. There is a central concrete block chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
