This detached two-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a central hall . The three-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central transomed front entrance with a sunburst design in the arch above. The windows are 8/8 double-hung with wood shutters. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard and the gable roof is covered with cedar shingles. There is an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a two-car detached garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
