This two-story multi-family residence has an L-shaped plan with an open pro- jecting front porch with a hipped roof and pipe columns. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in clapboard with corner boards and rests on a low concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shakes, and features a shed dormer and overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Additions include the enclosure of the garage and conversion to living space.
