PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-andone-half story double-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed front entrance between twin gable projections off the main facade. The facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance flanked by fixed windows in the bay projections, 4/1 and 3/1 double-hung windows on the upper level and the dormers. The frame construc- tion is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features gabled dormers and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include an attached four-bay garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
