This detached two-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with an asymmetrical front facade featuring an off-center front entrance and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and board and batten and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
