Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an arched bracketed hood over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asphalt siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a central brick chimney, as well as a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations include the wide horizontal siding and large picture windows.
