Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed entry on the north side and a carport to the east. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in modern board-and- batten and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The slightly gabled roof is finished in built-up material and has overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is an interior brick chimney.
