This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed
open front porch within the gable of the main roof. The two-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of a side-facing front entrance with fixed windows
and sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles
and rests on a concrete foundation. The shallow gable roof is covered with red
asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and one offset brick chimney.
Outbuildings include a garage.
