This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed entry with a shed roof and arched doorway. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset paneled front entrance with single-paned fixed window and 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in 'stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is one exterior and one interior chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
