This detached one-and=one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed front proch with a shed roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrica and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with double-hung 1/1 windows. The frame construction if finished. in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-flat combination roof is covered with brown asphalt shingels and features dormers and overhanging eaves. There is one interior chimney. Outbuildings include a shed. The residence has undergone at least two significant exterior alterations. According to Sanborn maps from 1912 and 1927 , both the front and rear of the dwelling have been altered. The most significant alteration dates from 1927 , where the entire front of 'the home experienced Alteration. That addition still exists . The rear of the home has also experienced alterations in both 1912 and 1927. Originally, the home was a t-shaped desig and not the square shape of today' s structure. Research in the sources consulted in this -survey- has not yielded any significant historical information concerning personsor events associated with this property. Significance: The structure qualifies as a non-contributing element within a potential historic district. The property is further found to be ineligib as an individual listing in the National Register, due to extensive property modification. INTEGRITY.
