This detached one-and-one-half story multi-family residence has a T-shaped plan
with a hood on brackets over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with one fixed 6/1 window
and double-hung 1/1 and 6/1 windows. The frame construction is finished in
asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with green asphalt shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves. There are
two chimneys, both interior, one of brick and a metal stovepipe. A rear addition
with a shed roof has been added. Outbuildings include a garage.
