This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a front entrance covered by a gable roof. The two-bay facade is- asymmetrical
�� al&:consfs-ts •of an off=center gl ass-paned front entr-ance-f1 ank d by . i •d0u'10-
hrg windows. The frame construction is covered with s�tiplap and rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wine asphalt shingles
and features overhanging eaves. There is one central interior brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
