This detached two-story double-family residence has an irregular plan with a projecting enclosed double-entry and dentils along the roofline. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of two front entrance with 6/6 double-hung windows and small octagonal windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. There is a rear chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street and is flat. Outbuildings include attached garages on either side of the units.
