This detached one-story multi-family residence has an irregular plan with a
side entrance protected by overhanging eaves. The frame construction is finished
in weatherboard on the top and vertical board on the bottom. It rests on a
raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles
and has a metal stovepipe. It lies perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings
include a detached garage.
