This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed central front entrance and fixed and 6/6 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey-black asphalt shingles and features a gabled dormer centrally located above the front entrance. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
