This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed gable-roofed front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame constru-ction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and a central brick chimney, as well as a metal stovepipe. The outbuildings indude an attached garage.
