This detached one-story single-family residence has an irregular plan with
a gabled-arched hood over the front entrance on decorative wrought-iron support.
The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with
fixed and 6/6 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in
shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped-gabled combination
roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features an exterior brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
