This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
projecting front entrance of similar material enclosing the porch. The one-
bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front
entrance with a circular window in the door and fixed and 6/6 double-hung
windows in the house. The fixed windows have 30 panes each. The frame con-
struction is finished in shingles and rests on a raised concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features one
offset brick exterior chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
Additions include what appears to have been the garage turned into a living space.
