This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an
arched hood over the entry with wood brackets. There are concrete steps with
a wrought-iron railing. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists Of
an off-center front entrance with fixed and 6/1 double-hung windows and a
daylight basement. The frame construction is finished in shiplap siding and
has shingles in the gable ends. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-
hipped roof combination is covered with wood shakes and features boxed eaves
and one interior chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to
the street. Outbuildings include a two-car garage.
