This detached one-and-one-half single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed front entry under a saltbox roof. The one-bay facade is asymmetri- cal and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 and 6/6 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in weatherboarding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has two metal stovepipes, one exterior and one central . The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include an attached two-car garage.
