This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an open front recessed porch with a gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with fixed windows and 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and the gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles, featuring boxed eaves. There is one exterior brick chimney. The roof is parallel to the street.
