This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a metal awning over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center front entrance with 10-paned fixed windows.
The frame construction is finished in modern materials and rests on a concrete
foundation. The hipped roof is covered with asphalt shingles and has a metal
stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings
include a flat-roofed one-bay garage.
