PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story house is a single family residence
with a square plan and an attached garage. The one-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance flanked by
fixed 24-pane windows and double-hung windows with a 6/6 sash arrangement.
The frame construction is finished in 8" bevel lap and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with gray asphalt shingles and
features boxed eaves. There is one central brick interior
chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
