PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectan-
gular plan with scrollwork above the front entrance. The one-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed
and 6/12, 4/4 double-hung windows and a bay window to the left of the front
door under a hipped roof. The frame construction is finished in shingles
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red
asphalt shingles and features gable-roofed dormers and boxed eaves. There
is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the
street. Outbuildings include the garage.
