This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an
asymmetrical three-bay front facade. Thereis a central glass-paned front entrance
with 6/1 double-hung and casement windows. The frame construction is finished
in weathered wood siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is _
covered with . asphalt .5hingles and. has a central. brick chimney. The axis. of._ the
roof is parallel to th:e street.
