Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed gable-roofed front entrance. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed and 212 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding with shingles in the gable ends and rests on a cinderblock founda- tion. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
