Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a recessed front entry and is a split-level house with an attache two-bay garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer and weatherboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The flat roof is covered with rolled roofing and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
