This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectan- gular plan with an enclosed front entry with a gable roof and trellisses. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 4-pane sidelights and fixed and 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame con- struction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gambrel roof is covered with wood shakes and features a shed dormer and boxed eaves. There is an offset exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
