This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a flat-roofed overdoor supported by brackets above the front entrance,
and an attached garage. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of
a central front entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction
is finished in weatherboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with red-grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging
eaves and exposed rafters. There is a central metal stovepipe. The axis
of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
