This single-family one-and-one-half story residence has an L-shaped plan with
a gable overdoor above the front entry. The facade is asymmetrical and consists
of the off-center front entrance with double-hung, casement and fixed windows.
The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a painted
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and
features a central brick chimney. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular
to the street.
