This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed lower section with an additional flat-roofed projecting over the front entrance. The frame construction is covered with asphalt shingles , has four-paned fixed windows, and rests on a cinderblock foundation. The flat roof has a small stucco-type cornice matching diamond stucco patterns between the windows of the second story.
