This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with an enclosed front porch under a continuous gable-to-shed roof. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of a flush entry with double-hung and beveled leaded glass , transomed fixed windows . The frame construction is covered with drop siding and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt rolled sheathing and the main roof lies perpendicular to the street.
