This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with a shed roofed porch with a solid railing. The frame construction is finished with 5" lapped siding and shingles in the gable ends. Windows are 1/1 double- hung and the structure rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and has an exterior chimney. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular to the street.
