This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with a large flat-roof projection in the interior joint of an ell . The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with casement and fixed windows. The frames construction is finished in vertical board and batten and asbestos shingles, and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and has a shed-roofed addition off the rear and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
