This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-
roofed enclosed vestibule adjoining a gable-roofed projecting bay. The facade
is asymmetrical and consists of the offset front entrance with 2/2 double-hung
windows and 4-pane fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in modern
lap siding and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable-hipped-combination
roof is covered with asphalt shingles and has an interior central brick
chimney. There is vertical board siding in the gable end and scalloped board
at the porch roofline.
