This detached two-story single-family residence with elements of a split-level style has a rectangular plan with a garage under the main level . The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center paneled front entrance with casement windows with 1/1 sash arrangement and awning type windows. The frame construction is finished in offset running bound brick and vertical tongue- and-groove on the ends under the gables. The house rests on a concrete founda- tion. The shallow gable roof is covered with a built-up roof material . It has one offset brick exterior chimney and the axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage and shed.
