This detached single-story single-family residence with elements of the ranch
style has an offset double square plan. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows
1/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in asbestos lapsiding
and rests on a low concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with com-
position shingles and has one central brick interior chimney. The axis of the
roof is perpendicular. Outbuildings include a couple of sheds.
