This detached one-story double-family residence has an asymmetrical central block with wing plan with an attached flat-roofed garage and gable-roofed entrance way with wrought iron brackets. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows with a 2/2 sash arrangement. The windows have metal awnings. The frame construction is finished in metal weather boarding and rests on a low concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with dark brown composition shingles and had one central 'brick interior chimney. The axis of the roof is parallet to the street. Outbuildings include a garage and a shed of modern materials.
