PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story double-family residence with elements of the bungalow style has a square plan with garage added to the east end. The garage was built as an extension of the high foundation wall with a flat roof. A flush facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows with a 3/1 sash arrangement. The bearing wall construction is finished in running bobnd brick and the building rests on a raised applied stucco foundation. The hipped roof is covered with composition shingles and has overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. There are two central corbeled brick interior chimneys. The hipped roof extensions over both entryways are later additions. Outbuildings include a garage. !
