This two-story multi-family apartment building has a telescoping
rectangular plan with shed-roofed entrance porches with trellising
on each complex. The gable-roofed frame structures are finished in
hardboard siding and rest on concrete foundations. The axis of the
roofs are perpendicular to the street.
