This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with additions
to the rear. The hipped roof entrance and fixed and double-hung windows are
featured in the frame construction with metal siding. The structure rests on
a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles
and has a central chimney. Outbuildings includes a garage with carport behind.
