This detached one-story single- family residence has a square plan with a shed - roofed front porch attached to the joint of the main square and a gable-roofed addition to the front. The two-bay facade is asymmentrical and consists of a side-facing entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows: The frame constru�t�'an—fis-� in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped-gable : ed is covered with green asphalt shingles and features returning eaves. There is one central brick chimney.
