This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an ell -
shaped plan with an open front porch under a gable hood. There is an
attached garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of -
an off-center glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 shuttered double-hung
windows. The frame construct' finished in asbestos and rests on
a concrete foundation. The- gable-shed combination roof is covered with
green asphalt shingles and features one brick and one metal chimney.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
