This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectan-
gular plan. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a recessed
front entrance flanked by 3-paned fixed windows and 1/1 and 2/2 doubles

finished in shingles and rests
on a concrete foundation. ro J is covered with grey asphalt
shingles and features two metal s vepi pes and one brick chimney. Out-
buildings include a garage and a shed.
